"The man has complaints against the law enforcement system and the court verdicts that were delivered against him. The man came to ask the mayor for help. Now the man has changed his clothes, there is no threat to his life," said Yevhen Boyko, director of the Mayor's Administration Department of the Lviv City Council, Yevhen Boyko.
