"The other day, a video was published in social networks, which recorded a group of teenagers taking turns striking a 12-year - old girl and filming their actions on a mobile phone," the report says.
According to the prosecutor's office, it was established that these events occurred on August 2 on the territory of one of the sports grounds on the Minsk massif, in the Obolonsky District of the capital.
"The identities of three girls who struck the victim have also been established," the prosecutor's office said.
"A pre-trial investigation has been launched on the fact of hooliganism committed by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the report says.
It is noted that investigative actions are being carried out with three suspected girls and their parents.
