According to the publication, the debris fell on a residential neighborhood — raining down on houses, garages, and front gardens. By a stroke of luck, none of the local residents were injured.
"According to the investigation, both people on board the aircraft died in the crash," said police spokesperson Thorsten Mischler.
According to media reports, another person was injured.
"At this moment, there is no information about casualties among the residents," Mischler added.

Context
The crash occurred around 11:30 AM over a residential area on Max Planck Street on the outskirts of the settlement. Presumably, the plane exploded while still in the air. Eyewitnesses reported that the aircraft clipped one of the houses.
"The crash site is cordoned off over a wide radius," the police spokesperson stated.
Background
Limburgerhof is an independent municipality in the Rhein-Pfalz district with a population of about 11,600. The town is home to the agricultural center of the BASF chemical group, which has made the settlement known beyond the region.
