In Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region, the State Enforcement Service arrested 5 pairs of the debtor's socks as part of the enforcement of court decisions, UNN reports.
All five pairs were put up for auction through the platform of Setam, a state-owned enterprise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for the sale of property.
The starting price for each pair is 20 hryvnias, which has generated some interest among the public. The auction is aimed at selling confiscated property, and such cases are increasingly common in Ukraine, where an online platform is used to sell various goods, including even such seemingly insignificant property.

The Ministry of Justice reportedthat if the debtor does not have funds in accounts with banks or other financial institutions, or does not have enough property, the practice of enforcement may be applied.
