The Israeli air force struck a rocket launcher in the Tayr Harf area of southern Lebanon shortly after it was used in an attack on a community in Israel, as well as a Hezbollah military complex, the IDF said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

"Yesterday (Tuesday), several rockets were spotted crossing (the border) from Lebanon and landing in an open area in the Shomera area. In response, an Israeli Air Force aircraft struck the launcher in the Tayr Harf area from which the rockets were launched. In addition, the Hezbollah military complex from which the terrorists were operating in the area was hit," the IDF said in a statement on social media.
It is also reported that overnight, IAF fighter jets "struck terrorist infrastructure in the Markaba area, a military complex in the Aita al-Shab area, and a Hezbollah observation post in the Marwahin area". In addition, IDF artillery reportedly opened fire to eliminate the threat in the Chihini and Kfarchuba areas.
It is also stated that "the IDF conducted precision strikes on Hamas launchers located in the humanitarian zone in southern Gaza and continues to operate in the central Gaza corridor".
It is noted that over the past day, Israeli Air Force fighters and aircraft struck more than 50 targets. In addition, it is stated that an Israeli Air Force aircraft "struck an active tunnel shaft and additional terrorist infrastructure in the central part of the Gaza Strip.
