The agency promised to more actively attract new grants and investments from the French telecom to rebuild the Ukrainian telecom network.

Mykhailo Fedorov discussed the above issues with Pierre Elbrun, Special Envoy of the President of the French Republic for Economic Assistance and Reconstruction of Ukraine.
