German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has announced a new aid package worth 500 million euros for Ukraine. He said this at a press conference during a meeting of the so-called contact group on Ukraine in Ramstein, UNN reports with reference to Tagesschau.
This is a "German package," Pistorius told the media.
As noted, Germany plans to supply 10,000 artillery shells from the Bundeswehr's stockpile. The new aid package will also include 100 armored infantry vehicles and 100 transport vehicles.
