French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal has announced an increase in the terrorist threat level in the country in connection with Friday's attack on a concert hall near moscow.
Following the attack in moscow tonight at the Elysee Palace, the President has convened a defense and security council. Given that the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack and the threats that weigh on our country, we have decided to raise our terrorist threat level to the highest level: state of emergency
