Former Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Nikolenko has been appointed Consul General of Ukraine in Toronto, UNN reports citing Nikolenko's statement on Facebook.

On his page, Nikolenko indicated that he had left the Foreign Ministry and listed his new job as "Consul General of Ukraine in Toronto."
