“Fire danger warning in Ukraine. On August 4, an extraordinary level of fire danger will prevail in Ukraine, except for most of the western, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Odesa regions,” the Ukrainian Weather Center said in a statement.
On August 4, partly cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine. Rains, sometimes thunderstorms, significant rains at night in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions; during the day in the western, Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions, sometimes light rain.
Southwest wind with a transition to northwest, 5-10 m/s, in the southern regions gusts of 15-20 m/s in some places.
The temperature at night is 17-22°, in the western and northern regions 12-17°; during the day 22-27°, in the southeastern part 27-32°.
Weather in the capital region
In the Kyiv region there will be moderate rain at night, light rain in some places during the day, sometimes thunderstorms, no precipitation in Kyiv.
The wind is mostly northwest, 5-10 m/s.
The temperature in the region is 12-17° at night and 22-27° during the day;
In Kyiv, it's 15-17° at night and 23-25° during the day.
