It is noted that Washington and Tehran agreed to establish a High-Level Committee to ensure "political oversight of mediation." Thus, the chief negotiators will regularly report to the committee and will also lead working groups that will deal with nuclear issues, sanctions, a monitoring group, and dispute resolution to ensure effective implementation of the framework agreement.
In addition:

Restrictions on the export of oil and petrochemical products have been lifted, the blockade has been canceled, part of the frozen assets have been unfrozen, and a large-scale plan for the reconstruction and development of Iran has been launched
At the same time, according to Iranian media, Iran initially refused to continue the negotiations that began on Sunday due to threats from US President Donald Trump, who stated that the US could "seize" the Strait of Hormuz and threatened the Iranian delegation.
