F-16 pilot training nears the stage of independent flights

According to Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat, Ukrainian pilots are making progress in training to fly F-16s under instructors' guidance, and are expected to start flying independently

Training of Ukrainian pilots on F-16 aircraft is going according to plan, independent flights are expected, said Yuriy Ihnat, spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during a telethon on Thursday, UNN reports.

Let's just say that everything is going according to plan. Every time the pilots take to the skies with instructors. It is possible that the number of pilots with instructors will increase. Next, we expect independent flights. I think that somewhere in the near future, we may learn more, Ihnat said.
