"In Luhansk, explosions are reported near a machine-building plant," the ASTRA telegram channel writes.
"Luhansk reports an air strike on the location of the Russian military. Smoke is rising from the site of the strike," said journalist Denis Kazansky.
"The arrival in Luhansk is quite powerful," Kazansky added, noting that "a fire broke out at the arrival site.
