European Union ambassadors have agreed to extend sanctions against Russia, excluding from the sanctions list Russian ex-con Nikita Mazepin and the mother of the deceased Wagnerite leader Violetta Pryzhynyna. This was announced by Radio Liberty's European editor Ricard Jozwiak, UNN reports.
