The property of the former the head of the Rivne Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, Serhiy Lutsyuk, worth almost UAH 52 million, was transferred to the state. This was reported by UNN with reference to the State Bureau of Investigation.

Based on SBI materials, the court transferred to the National Asset Recovery Agency (ARMA) the property of the head of the Rivne Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, who is suspected of illicit enrichment and beating a soldier. The total value of the transferred property is estimated at UAH 51 million 700 thousand. In particular, it is about:
- a land plot in the village of Polianytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region with a residential house of 280 square meters;
- another 7 houses with a total area of almost 500 square meters in the same ski resort;
- a land plot in the village of Lanchyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region, with an area of about half a hectare and a 316 square meter house;
- two trucks.

In the case of the beating of the soldier, Lutsiuk is suspected of using violence against a subordinate and robbery (Article 27, paragraphs 2, 3, Article 28, paragraph 2, Article 426-1, paragraph 5, Article 186, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The investigation into the man began in 2023, after he beat a subordinate soldier who threatened to expose the official's criminal activities. At that time, the SBI found a lot of real estate and vehicles registered to distant relatives of the official.
It is noted that the head of the Rivne regional TCC and JV is in custody without the possibility of bail. Each time the measure of restraint is extended, the suspect's lawyer tries to appeal the court's decision.
