Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced a conversation with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in the near future to resume the "grain deal," according to Turkish media Anadolu, UNN reports.

According to the newspaper, Turkish President Erdogan said he would soon talk to his Russian counterpart Putin about reviving the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

On September 4, Erdogan met with Putin in Sochi. As reported by the Turkish side, the most important item on the agenda of the talks between the Turkish and Russian leaders was an agreement on the Black Sea grain corridor, from which Moscow withdrew on July 17.
After talks with Erdogan , Putin saidthat Russia is not ready to return to the "grain deal" immediately.
