At the airport of the Russian city of Sochi, thousands of passengers are unable to fly out due to drone attacks. This is reported by UNN with reference to local social media channels.

It is noted that since June 5, Sochi airport has been operating with serious disruptions amid Ukrainian drone attacks. Thousands of passengers have been unable to fly out of the resort city for several days.

According to the online flight board, dozens of departures and arrivals are delayed, and some flights have been canceled. People are complaining about the overcrowded terminal: there are no seats left, and passengers are sitting and lying on the floor, using towels and camping mats as bedding. During this time, the airport has been open for a total of only 8 minutes,

Meanwhile, according to the airport's press service, the airline and airport services are working in an enhanced mode to stabilize the schedule. At the same time, they claim that the situation is calm.
