Monitoring channels reported an explosion within Dnipro.
"Dnipro is under enemy missile attack. The threat is still ongoing. There may be repeated launches. Stay in safe places until the all-clear is announced. Take care of yourself and your loved ones," Lukashuk wrote in Telegram.
