We have agreed at the interagency level with the command of the Land Forces and the border guards that they accept... they have no right to break the law and demand a paper document when there is an electronic registration document, a document with a QR code. I emphasize once again that demanding a paper document when you have an electronic military registration document is a violation of the current legislation of Ukraine. Citizens have the right to report this to the relevant authorities
