Details
More than 22 tons of auto parts arrived at the Orlivka checkpoint in a truck driven by a Ukrainian citizen. The documents submitted for customs clearance stated that the cargo had arrived in a container at the Romanian port of Constanta from China for further delivery to a Ukrainian company. However, during the customs inspection, it turned out that some of the goods were labeled with information that could indicate their Russian origin
It is noted that 22 commodity items totaling more than 35 thousand units either indicate that the country of production is the Russian Federation or have markings of trademarks that, according to the Internet, are produced in the Russian Federation.
The customs officers drew up a report under Part 1 of Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine on the fact of moving goods across the border concealed from customs control by submitting documents containing false information about the country of origin. The goods were temporarily seized. The case will be referred to court
