The National Bank today set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 38.9974 UAH/USD, which strengthened it by 23 kopecks, UNN reports with reference to the NBU.

The official dollar exchange rate is 38.99 UAH/USD. The NBU has also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at 42.16 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:10 am:
- The dollar can be bought for UAH 39.45 and sold for UAH 39.00 in banks.
- Euros can be bought for UAH 42.90 and sold for UAH 42.20 in banks.
- In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 39.30-39.40, and the euro at UAH 42.75-42.90.
- On the interbank market, the exchange rates are 38.97-39.01 UAH/USD for the dollar and 42.08-42.11 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.

In the fourth quarter of 2023, insurance companies remained stableand insurance premiums increased by 22%. The assets of credit unions increased by 10.7%, and financial companies showed an increase in assets of 2.7%.
