On March 18, the National Bank set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 38.7998 UAH/USD, which devalued it by 11 kopecks, UNN reports citing the NBU.

The official dollar exchange rate is 38.79 UAH/USD. The NBU has also set the official exchange rate of the euro to the hryvnia at 42.24 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:20 am:
- The dollar can be bought for UAH 39.00 and sold for UAH 38.50 in banks. The euro can be bought for UAH 42.65 and sold for UAH 42.00 in banks.
- In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 38.82-38.93, and the euro at UAH 42.50-42.65.
- On the interbank market, the exchange rates are 38.79-38.81 UAH/USD for the dollar and 42.23-42.25 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.
