The Odessa regional state administration has signed a memorandum with the Kiev Research Institute of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine aimed at ensuring transparency, professionalism and legality in the implementation of projects for the construction of fortifications in the territory of The Odessa Region, reports UNN.

In particular, the agreement was signed by the Department of capital construction and road management of the Odessa regional state administration, headed by Yegor Chiksheev.
The goal of the initiative is to create transparent working conditions that exclude any violations or abuses, the regional state administration stated.
They also stressed that the construction of fortifications is a matter of regional security. Therefore, each Hryvnia should be spent for its intended purpose, the RMA is convinced.
"Cooperation with a leading research institute guarantees the use of modern technologies and scientific achievements to control the quality of work.
Establishing clear interaction algorithms will help avoid abuse and ensure high quality of project execution," the report says.
