The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the appointment of Vyacheslav Nehoda as head of the Ternopil RSA. The government has also dismissed Serhiy Horbachov from the post of educational ombudsman of Ukraine. "The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the appointment of Vyacheslav Andronovych Nehoda as head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration and dismissed Serhiy Ivanovych Horbachov from the post of educational ombudsman," Melnychuk said.

Afterwards, Gorbachev clarified that he had not yet been dismissed from the post of education ombudsman. However, this will happen in the coming days due to the expiration of his term.
