The Regulatory Committee has considered a resolution to recall Yuriy Boyko from the Human Rights Committee, and a vote in the Rada is possible tomorrow. This was announced by the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech, MP Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, reports UNN.
“Resolution 12327 on the recall of Boyko... from the Human Rights Committee... has been considered by the Regulatory Committee. Tomorrow, a vote in parliament is possible,” Yurchyshyn said.
He reminded us that it is the committee that records the work of the MP and fixes his/her salary.
“This is something we can do tomorrow - to deprive Boyko of his authority to make decisions in the field of human rights,” Yurchyshyn added.
In addition, the MP noted that the deprivation of the mandate is possible only as a result of a criminal sentence that has entered into force.
