According to sources, Hawk skated with Bam in early March and was impressed with how well Margera was handling his sobriety. This motivated Hawk to convince Activision to bring Bam back to the game.
After that, the company invited Margera to Los Angeles, where he recorded his movements in a motion capture suit, which is used to create character animation in the game.
According to the media, Bam has apparently had to endure a lot in recent years, both legally and personally, and there were rumors that it was because of his past that Activision did not include him in the remake of "THPS 3+4" from the very beginning.
