Russian troops struck the fourth floor of a high-rise building in Kharkiv on the evening of October 30. 14 people were injured, including a child. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleg Sinegubov, UNN reports.

Syniehubov noted that the fourth floor of the high-rise building was hit. Almost the entire entrance of the building was destroyed, and civilian cars were damaged. Rescuers are conducting search operations and extinguishing the fire.
