Weather conditions have deteriorated significantly in the western regions of Ukraine. Due to heavy snow and wind, 497 settlements are without electricity. Most of them are in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Khmelnytsky regions. Emergency and restoration teams are working in an enhanced mode (134 teams, 185 units of equipment are in operation), the ministry said.
Due to the fighting and technical problems, 441 settlements are reportedly without electricity.
