Over the past few days, several dozen vacancies for construction of defense structures have appeared on the Russian website Avito alone. Most of the ads are looking for laborers for "construction of fortifications (trenches, pillboxes, anti-tank structures)" and offer them 5 to 7 thousand rubles per shift.

Most of the vacancies are posted by construction companies specializing in the recruitment of shift workers, and the same ad is duplicated for different regions, including Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Oryol region.
The vacancies also promise further employment in a construction company.
In some ads, the salary ranges from 150 to 210 thousand rubles per month on average, and up to 371 thousand for 60 days of work. Also, those who decide to stay for a second month are offered more generous payments.
It is noted that in some cases, it is mandatory to work at local sites for two weeks (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa) before being sent to Kursk, which will allegedly take place "only at the request of the candidate.
