After the audit, the Cabinet of Ministers will introduce clearer parameters for the criticality of enterprises and employee reservations.
This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during the Kyiv International Economic Forum, reports UNN.
We are currently auditing the criticality of enterprises. Unfortunately, the parameters that exist today made it possible to introduce fraud. We saw this in the summer, and we are conducting an inventory. We will complete it faster than by November 15 and introduce transparent, very clear, and subjectivity-free booking parameters. They will not change the existing system, but they will allow us to more clearly define the criticality of enterprises and the need to book certain employees
Shmygal noted that, in particular, it is planned to introduce a norm not of the average salary in the region, but to set a specific minimum amount that will allow employees to be booked.
Plus some other parameters that do not include the possibility of backlash. Because it was in these backlash possibilities that the fraud manifested itself, which led to an abnormal number of bookings in the summer. When we conducted the first audit, we saw that people who pay taxes on wages below the minimum wage and have not updated their data had booked. Such moments need to be excluded

On October 20, it was reported that the service of booking employees from mobilization in Diia was temporarily closed. An audit of the booked conscripts will continue until November 15 , after which the service is expected to resume.
The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution according to which Ukraine will conduct a re-examination of the criticality of enterprises that have the right to book their employees. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the models of economic booking that were shown to him were not entirely fair.
The Cabinet of Ministers has agreed to partially restore reservations for persons liable for military service. Employees who received the reservation status before May 31 of this year will be able to extend the reservation period for the same period.
