A new program of cheaper lending for businesses has been launched in Ukraine, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported details on social media on Wednesday, UNN writes.

Who can use it
Small and medium-sized businesses, according to her, can receive up to UAH 150 million under the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program for the restoration of destroyed or damaged property.
What are the conditions
During the first two years, the interest rate on such loans is 0.1% per annum. Starting from the third year — under the terms of the 5-7-9 program.
The maximum loan term is up to 10 years. An application can be submitted through one of the authorized banks within two years after the recorded fact of damage or destruction of the enterprise.
Such loans will not be taken into account when determining the maximum amount of loans under 5-7-9. This, as expected, will allow enterprises to simultaneously use other loans under this program while restoring.
The government, according to Svyrydenko, continues to expand support tools for affected enterprises within the framework of the "Made in Ukraine" policy. In addition to the new loan program, enterprises have access to grants for restoring production equipment, mechanisms for compensating employee salaries during forced downtime due to Russian shelling, and war risk insurance, she added.
