The Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that on night of December 26 (from 19.00 on December 25), the enemy attacked with 31 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of drones from the directions of Orel, Millerovo - Russian Federation.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defense Forces.
As of 08.30, 20 Shahed and other types of attack UAVs were confirmed downed in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv and Dnipro regions. Due to active counteraction of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, 11 enemy imitator UAVs were lost in the area (no negative consequences)
