The number of wounded as a result of an attack by enemy "shaheds" on Nizhyn, Chernihiv region, has increased to 15 people. The dormitory, which was hit by one of the UAVs, is uninhabitable. This was stated by the mayor of Nizhyn Oleksandr Kodola, UNN reports with reference to Suspilne.

According to Kodola, all 15 people were immediately taken to the Nizhyn City Hospital. As of 9:30 a.m., four people remain in the hospital.
"We are now dealing with the aftermath of the attack. The building itself was badly damaged. We are resettling people. People of retirement age lived in the dormitory. There were 24 apartments there. We are going to board up the doors and windows. There is no gas, no water, no electricity. It needs to be overhauled," said the head of Nizhyn.
Earlier, it was reported that a civilian was wounded as a result of an enemy attack in Nizhyn. An infrastructure facility and a residential dormitory were hit.
