Russia launched 123 drones over Ukraine overnight, 108 of which were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Tuesday, writes UNN.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of July 7 (from 6:00 p.m. on July 6), the enemy attacked with 123 strike UAVs of the Shahed (including jet-powered), Gerbera, Italmas types, and imitation drones of the "Parody" type from the directions: Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Prymorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovo, Millerovo – russia, Donetsk – TOT, Chouda – TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 108 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and drones of other types in the north, south, center, and east of the country. Impacts of 12 strike UAVs were recorded at 10 locations, as well as the fall of downed (debris) at 5 locations
The attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs in the airspace.
