On October 24, President revealed details of a plan he called Ukraine's internal Strengthening Plan, in addition to the Victory Plan, which is aimed at partners. The new plan should provide answers to the challenges and will include strengthening the front, the rear, the economy, the defense industry, social protection, address the information sphere and other strategic sectors.
Earlier, on October 16, Zelenskyy unveiled a 5-point Victory Plan with 3 secret annexes. The plan includes geopolitical, military, economic, and security aspects to end the war and ensure security.
