As of 11:00 AM, 14.48% of voters have cast their ballots in Armenia, which is 2.5% higher than previously. The highest activity was recorded in the Tavush and Syunik regions.

Voter turnout in Armenia, as of 11:00, was 14.48%, which is almost 2.5% higher compared to the previous elections (362,657 voters cast their ballots). This was announced at the information center of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia on June 7 by the Deputy Chair of the CEC, Laura Galstyan, UNN reports with reference to "News Armenia".

Details

As of 11:00, 14.46% of voters (122,856 people) voted in Yerevan, 11.80% (12,785 people) in Gyumri, and 14.49% (13,588 citizens) in Vanadzor.

  • Aragatsotn Province – 16,779 voters (14.79%);
    • Ararat Province – 31,556 (14.33%);
      • Armavir Province – 28,587 (12.63%);
        • Gegharkunik Province – 23,093 (13.98%);
          • Lori Province - 30,796 (14.44%);
            • Kotayk Province – 38,526 (16.02%);
              • Shirak Province - 26,178 (12.60%);
                • Syunik Province – 18,775 (17.55%);
                  • Vayots Dzor Province – 7,061 (15.82%);
                    • Tavush Province – 18,450 (17.84%).

                      Context

                      Polling stations have opened in Armenia and voting has begun in the general parliamentary elections, which all participating political forces describe as fateful.
