The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov has published his income and property declarations for 2021 and 2022. His income in 2022 amounted to UAH 4 million 505 thousand 979, and a year earlier it was almost UAH 3.5 million. UNN reports this with reference to the Unified State Register of Declarations.

Thus, according to the declaration for 2022, while serving as the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Umerov's salary amounted to UAH 378,903, income from the alienation of securities and corporate rights UAH 4,125 [32,800] and bank payments UAH 1,276 . His wife declared UAH 1 704 568 of income.
Umerov also declared $18 239 in unaccepted creditor's claims, $5 840 in cash, UAH 218 600 in cash, and his wife $3 900 in cash and 5 432 in bank accounts.
According to the declaration, Umerov rents an apartment in Kyiv (80.6 sq.m.), is registered in an apartment in Kyiv (95 sq.m.), his mother owns a house in Bakhchisarai, Crimea (196.7 sq.m.). His wife rents an apartment in the United States (137.4 square meters).
Umerov owns a 2014 Hyundai Elantra and a 2016 Ford Explorer.
According to the declaration for 2021, when Umerov was a Member of Parliament, his salary was UAH 491 714, income from the alienation of securities and corporate rights was UAH 1 862 000, income from the alienation of securities and corporate rights was UAH 1 129 000. His wife declared UAH 3 ,284 ,948 in salary.
In addition, Umerov declared $18,239 in unaccepted creditor claims, $7,300 in cash, UAH 131,000 in cash, and $1,788 in bank accounts. His wife declared $15 600 in cash and $13 006 in bank accounts.
