Ukrainian emergency responders rescued a roe deer while extinguishing a large-scale forest fire in France, UNN reports, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The rescuers gave the roe deer water, examined and calmed it, and transported it by fire engine to the nearest village, where volunteers were already waiting for it.
Thanks to the firefighters’ compassion, the animal was given a chance at life and, in time, may once again run through the forest, which will undoubtedly turn green
