Vasyl Lomachenko, a three-time world champion, has announced the end of his boxing career at the age of 36. The athlete fought his last fight in May 2024, defeating George Kambosos.

Vasyl Lomachenko, former world champion in three weight categories, has decided to end his career. This was reported by journalist and insider Michael Benson on the social network X, UNN reports.

"Vasyl Lomachenko has officially announced his retirement at the age of 36. Lomachenko has been a world champion in three weight categories, from featherweight to lightweight. We wish him all the best in whatever he does in the future," Benson wrote.

Lomachenko had his last fight in May 2024. He defeated Australian George Kambosos in a championship fight for the world lightweight belt.
