The operational situation in eastern and southern Ukraine remains difficult, with 56 combat engagements taking place over the last day. Despite significant losses, the russian federation does not abandon its plans for the complete occupation of Ukraine. The enemy continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, strikes, and shells both military and civilian targets

The enemy launched 1 missile and 31 air strikes, fired 24 times from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of russian terrorist attacks, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.
On the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remained unchanged. There are no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Certain units of the Armed Forces of Belarus are performing tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.
On the Seversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shells settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. About 20 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy, including Volodymyrivka, Gasychivka in Chernihiv region; Kozache in Sumy region; Hraniv, Budarky, Chuhunivka in Kharkiv region.
On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy conducted assault operations in the areas of Sinkivka, Kharkiv region, where the defense forces repelled 7 attacks. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Figolivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove in the Kharkiv region.
On the Liman direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the area of Serebryanske forestry in Luhansk region, where the defense forces repelled 3 attacks. The enemy launched air strikes near the village of Spirne, Donetsk region. About 10 settlements suffered from enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Makiivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Torske, Dibrova in Donetsk region.
On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, conducted assault operations in the areas of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka and Andriivka in Donetsk region, where the defense forces repelled 16 attacks. About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Minkivka, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka, Andriivka, Ozaryanivka in Donetsk region.
At the Avdiivka direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas east of Novokalynove, east of Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, Severne, Pervomayske in Donetsk region, where the defense forces repelled 14 attacks. About 15 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks, including Novokalynove, Berdychi, Avdiivka, Tonenke, Netaylove, Nevelske in Donetsk region.
On the Maryinka direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where the defense forces repelled 5 attacks. Such settlements of Donetsk region as Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Heorhiivka, Pobeda, Paraskoviivka, and Katerynivka came under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers.
In the Shakhtarsk sector, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations near Staromayorsk in the Donetsk region. About 10 settlements, including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Niva, and Urozhayne in the Donetsk region, came under artillery and mortar fire.
On the Zaporizhzhya direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried 3 times to regain the lost position in the areas south of Robotyno, Zaporizhzhya region. The enemy also conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the area of Novopokrovka, Zaporizhzhia region. He conducted an air strike near Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia region.

About 25 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks, including Charivne, Novodanylivka, Mali Shcherbaki, Stepove, Kamianske, Plavni in Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson sector, the enemy launched an air strike near Krynka, Kherson region. The enemy's artillery shelling targeted such settlements as Dudchany, Beryslav, Ivanivka, Sadove, Romashkove in Kherson region and the city of Kherson, as well as Ochakiv in Mykolaiv region.
Defense forces continue to hold positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson region. They continue to inflict fire on the enemy.
During the day, the aviation of the defense forces carried out 8 strikes on areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 2 on anti-aircraft missile systems and 2 on ammunition depots of the enemy.
The missile troops' units struck the enemy's heavy flamethrower multiple rocket launcher system and the Pantsyr anti-aircraft missile and gun system.
In addition, the Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 10 out of 12 Shahed-136/131 UAVs overnight.
