The NBU governor pointed out that the risk of insufficient international financing remains, but there have been positive developments in this regard recently.

In particular, at the end of February, the Council of the European Union approved the launch of the EUR 50 billion Ukraine Facility program for 2024-2027. Under this instrument, Ukraine is to receive transitional funding of EUR 4.5 billion in March.
Also, according to him, Ukraine has reached an agreement on the third revision of the program with the International Monetary Fund at the staff level and is awaiting a decision of the Fund's Board of Directors.
