At night, Russia once again attacked the railway infrastructure of the Kyiv region. For security reasons, train traffic was temporarily restricted on certain sections, backup routes were used, and schedules were adjusted. Traffic has now been restored. The first train from Boyarka has already departed for Kyiv
He emphasized that "in an extremely short time, railway workers, who worked immediately following the explosives experts of the State Emergency Service, restored the infrastructure in the Kyiv region and resumed train traffic." According to him, two dozen restoration teams of power engineers, communications specialists, and track workers were involved, working in parallel to return trains to standard routes as quickly as possible.
"In the future, both long-distance and suburban trains will follow the standard route," the Deputy Prime Minister stated.
