As a reminder, the Time to Act, Unstoppable grant competition was launched by the MHP for Community Charitable Foundation in cooperation with the State Institution All-Ukrainian Center for Physical Health "Sport for All" as part of the Active Parks project of the President of Ukraine's program in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. This is a grant initiative for communities that can receive up to UAH 400 thousand to create an adaptive club "Nestrymni" in their village or town.

"Despite the complexity of the project documentation, we have received many applications from communities for the construction of adaptive sports clubs. This shows that there is a great need in small towns and villages to create centers for sports for people with disabilities. Due to the situation in Ukraine, the number of such people is growing rapidly, so one of our tasks is to find partners and join forces to create additional opportunities for communities looking for ways to help reintegrate and rehabilitate veterans," comments Oleksandr Pakholyuk, Director of the MHP-Community Charitable Foundation.

"The development of physical culture in communities today takes on a completely different meaning than it did 10, 20 or even 5 years ago. And if earlier sports education and physical culture were not taken seriously, now times have changed, and we are obliged not only to support initiatives for the development of sports in communities, but also to influence the formation of a healthy nation, to promote the comprehensive development of the individual," emphasizes the director of the State Institution "All-Ukrainian Center for Physical Health of the Population "Sport for All".
