The blockade of the Slovak-Ukrainian border by Slovak carriers was suspended once again last night, but the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, notes that there is a possibility that the blockade will take place again. The traffic for trucks across the Slovak-Ukrainian border at the Vysne Nemecke-Uzhhorod checkpoint is currently unblocked.
This is not the first unblocking since November 21, when the carriers' strike spread to the border with Slovakia.
A day after the blockade began, restrictions on trucks were temporarily lifted on the border with Slovakia, but on December 1, Slovak truckers began blocking traffic again.
