The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, allegedly published a list of Ukrainian prisoners of war and cynically stated that Ukraine allegedly did not agree to take them away, reports UNN.

There are 630 surnames on the list.

Moskalkova cynically claims that the Ukrainian side allegedly continues to delay the Russian-Ukrainian prisoner exchange.

She also stated that Ukraine does not agree to take away Ukrainian servicemen who have been held on the territory of the Russian Federation for more than a year, which we note is not true.

Addition

On November 27, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation announcedthat they were ready to exchange 630 Ukrainian prisoners of war.

In early November, the Ombudsman of Ukraine demanded lists of prisoners of war from the Russian Federation for exchange.

This appeal was a response to recent statements by the Russian side that Ukraine allegedly "does not consent" to the return of certain military personnel.
