The Russian Federation and Ukraine conducted a prisoner exchange under the "185 for 185" formula, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. 

The UAE acted as a mediator for the exchange, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated. Ukraine has not yet commented on this report.
