The Verkhovna Rada has extended tax and customs privileges for 2025, including the import of drones and components, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said on Telegram on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"The Rada has extended tax and customs privileges for the next year. Including for drones and components. The draft laws on amendments to the Tax Code No. 12266 and the Customs Code No. 12267 were voted in favor in total - 331 tax and 335 customs," said MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
According to the MP, they include the following:
- Exemption from customs duties for components imported for the production of ammunition and shells.
- Prolongation of privileges for the import of UAVs, night vision devices, anti-drone guns, etc. (listed in paragraphs 9-24 of the "Final Provisions" of the CCU).
- Expanding the benefits to include components for all drones - land, water, and not just UAVs.
- Postponement until January 1, 2027 of the transition to Euro 6 environmental standards for vehicles (which should have been in effect as early as 2025).
- Support from philanthropists and volunteers:
▪️ the opportunity for non-profit organizations to help the military and their families without losing their status;
▪️ Funds raised by volunteers are exempt from personal income tax if donated to charitable foundations;
▪️ benefits for employees of non-profit organizations (up to 5% of income).
- Extension of VAT benefits for Ukrainian cinema during martial law.
- Cancellation of the assessment for the used car market.
- Full fiscalization of the gambling business.
