Almost 11,000 "invincibility points" have been opened in Ukraine in preparation for winter, the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine reported, UNN reports.

These data were announced at a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the Deployment and Organization of the Operation of the Sanctuary Points, the Ministry of Reconstruction reported, citing data from regional military administrations, the State Emergency Service, the National Police and Ukrzaliznytsia.
According to information from the regions, as of mid-November, 13,301 "invincibility points" have already been set up.
Thus, 78,5% of the total number of established "invincibility points" have been opened.
