“That is, for six months they have been trying to somehow reverse the situation. In some areas, they have had some tactical success, in some areas this demarcation line remains the same as it was a year ago, when we managed to push the Russians back. It's steppe conditions, it's flat terrain. If we are talking about the village of Robotyno, which can no longer be called a settlement, it is just a completely destroyed area where it is very difficult to hold the defense, it is mostly a “gray zone,” said Lykhoviy.
He noted that at the same time, this territory is saturated with Ukrainian units that perform combat missions effectively and have been doing so for a long time.
“What are the Russians actually doing there, as well as in the Kherson sector? They are trying to attack purely for some kind of attempt, perhaps, but not with large infantry groups, with forces of up to one infantry unit, which is from two to 10-12 people. Yesterday, they made three such attempts there, were unsuccessful, and retreated to their previous positions. There were no losses of our positions...
