The spokesperson said that the man, born in 1996, violated the rules of military registration and had been wanted since June 12, 2026. During communication with the man, passersby began to obstruct the work of the notification group, after which the number of people at the scene began to increase.
According to Podreiko, the police are present at the scene. Law enforcement officers are maintaining public order and communicating with citizens.

In turn, the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, noted that due to the situation with the blocking of TCC vehicles in Sykhiv, an urgent meeting was held with the participation of law enforcement officers.
"The primary task is to ensure public order! Everyone who committed offenses, including obstructing the activities of military personnel, must be identified and brought to justice," Kozytskyi emphasized.
